Q1 What is identical file with printed thesis?
Identical file should have same contents and format with printed thesis.

(1) Contents and EWHA thesis formation (reviewed by submitter) : After approval, review contents and check spelling, table of contents and fulltext.
(2) Print format (reviewed by print shop) : Select print shop and create identical file by revising page by page.

Prepare file as above and do online submission before print.
We recommend printing thesis after getting approval for online submission.
File revision is impossible after file approval, review file throughly before submit online.

Q2 I cannot log in to dCollection.

■ ID: Student ID number
■ Password: password for EUREKA

- If you've already logged in EUREKA or library homepage, just click "LOGIN".
- If you forgot password, click "Find Password" and find your password or refer to Password Inquiry.

Q3 I cannot upload my file.
1) File size is big (over 100MB)

- If you convert your file to PDF format, you can reduce file size.
- PDF conversion : Use freeware or ask your print shop. Or you can email your file to dcollection@ewha.ac.kr, then library will send you PDF files. But reply may be delayed.
- ★ Check if your PDF file is identical with original file before you upload your file.

2) File is divided more than 4 subfiles

- Make your file less than 3 files.
- Or, convert your file to 1 PDF file. (Refer to '1)' above.)

3) File size is less than 100MB and under 3 files but online upload is failed.
- Check your web browser's version. (Please use Internet explorer version 8 ↑, or use other web browser like Chrom, FireFox, etc.)
- Close your web broswer and log-in again after 20 minutes.
- Convert your file to PDF and upload your file.
Q4 It says there is no collection available to be submitted.
Please email to the administrator(dcollection@ewha.ac.kr).
Q5 When can I print the confirmation and license agreement?
After the administrator confirms and approves whether the dissertation is successfully uploaded online, the confirmation and license agreement can be printed.
If there are too many submitters, it may take one day. Please submit it online with sufficient time.

Q6 Which menu can I check out and print the confirmation and license agreement ?
If you log in to the dCollection site and click "Submission list" menu on the right upper area, then you can view the dissertation, confirmation and license agreement.
Q7 Where can I check out the stautus dissertation process?
If you log in to the dCollection site and click the "Submission list" menu on the right upper area, you can see the process status of the submitted dissertation.
Q8 How can I revise the returned dissertation file?
If you log in to the dCollection site and click the "Submission list" menu on the right upper area, the submitted dissertation will appear. If you click the title of dissertation, revision button for meta, original and license information appear. You can revise them by clicking the revision button.
Q9 I'd like to revise the submitted dissertation.
If you log in to the dCollection site and click the "Submission list" menu on the right upper area, the submitted dissertation will appear. The revision is available only when the dissertation is "not approved."
Q10 If agreed to the license, how is the scope of the service for the file?
Agreement to license means allowing copy and DB building of writings and publishing through information network for the academic purpose to allow transmission and copy of the writings.
